For the past 20 years Nigel has been successfully delivering senior recruitment search campaigns for professional services firms and large corporates in the UK and internationally at levels ranging from Manager to Partner and C level executives.

Prior to joining Oakridge Partnership, Nigel worked for a number of award winning consultancies delivering search campaigns for numerous niche sectors where traditional recruiting methods do not work.

At Oakridge, Nigel specialises in delivering on “difficult to fill” UK & International Executive Search and Mergers & Acquisition mandates for professional practices. His clients are typically Partnerships looking at achieving strategic growth by either hiring new senior talent, or acquiring new practices and blocks of fees from retiring partners looking to plan their exit.

Nigel is married with 2 children and lives in West Sussex.

Hobbies include: golf, travel, skiing and volunteering at a local heritage site.
