Graham brings over 20 years of executive search experience to the Oakridge Partnership team, having advised Big 4, leading Independent Advisory Firms and high profile FTSE, Fortune and Venture backed clients.

He has a relentless focus on building rewarding business relationships, establishing talent priorities, managing delivery and achieving hires that directly answer client’s vision and needs.  Graham focuses on consulting and professional search mandates, alongside advising on practice mergers / acquisitions projects.

Sectors Include: Consulting, Risk, Business Recovery, Corporate Finance, Senior Finance

He now joins the Oakridge Partnership having established a leading Resourcing Practice for a Human Capital Consultancy and as a Director and Founder of a successful Financial Recruitment Practice.  Further accolades include annual highest performing consultant for a major Global professional services recruitment group.

Graham is married with 2 children and lives in Ampthill, Bedfordshire.

Long involved in voluntary causes Graham was a former Chairman and member of the highly successful N4P Ampthill Music Festival, as well as a former 1st XV player for Ampthill RUFC and supporter of The Arsenal.
